13 Core – Devil

13 Core – Devil

You find yourself resisting what you want. Caught between two truths, between two stories, like a puppet on a string. From the struggle emerges the figure of the Devil, the instigator and agitator. Who calls on you to be and do what you want, transgress limits, go beyond yourself, so as to seize the moment, take advantage of the potential, live in keeping with the pleasure principle.

The Devil belongs to the lavishness and abundance of existence. He associates and confuses desire with need. Promiscuity with productivity, instinct with insight, transgression with disturbance. He transmits the frequency of the living being, which longs and strives towards pleasure. Plays the melody of the illusion of existence and meaninglessness on the frequencies of the soul. Advocates to want more, to want it all.

The Devil is the one who accompanies us in the world (after God has forsaken us). He is the treacherous, uninhibited friend, inciting dark desires and passions. Promises and shares dreams of eternal fame. The creature that allows us to meet ourselves and forge our character. Uninvited, he appears by our side, to give us strength to succeed in the task of life and the burden of existence. Appears to add insult to injury (existence as fantasy to humanity as desire). Without guilt, without regrets, without shame – with respect and responsibility towards one’s fate. For at the end of the day, there is a price to pay.

What are you willing to do for your illusions?
